Refund and Subscription Policy

Subscriptions and Automatic Renewals

Some offers on our site may include a subscription with automatic renewal. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms.

Frequency and Delivery

The subscription provides for the automatic delivery of the selected product at the frequency chosen when ordering (monthly, bi-monthly, or other, depending on the offer).

Recurring Payment

The amount indicated at the time of subscription will be automatically debited at each period from the registered payment method.

The customer is responsible for keeping their payment information up to date to avoid any interruption in delivery.

Automatic Renewal

The subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each period, unless previously canceled by the customer. No minimum commitment period is required, unless otherwise clearly stated at the time of subscription.

Cancellation

The subscription can be canceled at any time, either:

Any cancellation made after the start of an already billed period will take effect for the following period.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days following the initial subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal.

This right does not apply to subsequent renewals of an already active subscription.


Returns and Refunds

Return Conditions

Our return policy is valid for 60 days from the receipt of the order. After this period, no refund or exchange can be granted.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be in its original packaging,
  • proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Items returned more than 60 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Refund Procedure

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent to you. We will then inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to the original payment method, within a processing time that varies depending on the banking institutions.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. check your bank account,
  2. contact your credit card issuer,
  3. contact your bank.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. The time it takes to receive an exchange may vary depending on the customer's geographical location.
