1. Purpose

SMSCALE LIMITED offers online sales of wellness products and accessories (the "Products") to individuals (the "Buyers") via the website www.alphavitalite.com.

These general terms and conditions of sale (the "GTC") define the terms and conditions for ordering, payment, delivery, and the rights and obligations of the parties.

2. Legal Capacity and Acceptance

The Site is accessible to any natural person with legal capacity. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC via a checkbox during the ordering process.

3. Customer Account

Placing an order may lead to the automatic creation of a customer account. The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep their identifiers confidential.

4. Products

The essential characteristics of the Products are presented on the Site. Products are offered subject to stock availability. Visuals are non-contractual.

5. Order

Any validated order constitutes a firm commitment. A confirmation email summarizing the order, price, delivery times, and invoice will be sent to the Buyer.

6. Price and Payment

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. Delivery costs are specified before order validation.

Payment is due immediately and is made via secure payment methods (credit card, PayPal, or any other method offered on the Site). SMSCALE LIMITED does not store any banking data.

7. Retention of Title

The Products remain the property of SMSCALE LIMITED until full payment of the price.

8. Delivery

Products are delivered in Europe to the address indicated by the Buyer. Delivery times are communicated during the order.

In case of excessive delay, the Buyer may request cancellation and refund in accordance with the Consumer Code.

9. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the Buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Unsealed or used Products cannot be returned. Return costs remain the responsibility of the Buyer.

10. Legal Guarantees

The Products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects provided for by the Consumer Code and the Civil Code.

11. Liability

The Products sold are not medical devices and do not replace medical advice. SMSCALE LIMITED cannot be held responsible for use that does not comply with recommendations.

12. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

14. Mediation

In the event of a dispute, the Buyer may use a consumer mediator free of charge in accordance with articles L611-1 and following of the Consumer Code.

15. Applicable Law

These GTC are governed by French law.
